How to Prepare Your Contact List

1. Create a data sheet with the email address in column A and the two letter country code in column B. Remove all other columns from the data sheet.

2. Remove all email addresses for contacts you do not have the country code for and all contacts from Canada and the European Union.

In order to best comply with all email regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, Nvytes requires the country the email address is associated with.

Nvytes will not send emails to Canada or the European Union.

Nvytes will not accept contact lists without the two letter country code listed with each email address.

3. Save the data sheet as a .csv file and upload.

Email List Requirements

The list being submitted must contain the two letter country code associated with the contact.

The list consists of only active customers or valid business contacts.

Your company has sent email to these contacts within the past 12 months.

The list was not purchased from a 3rd party list provider.

You confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Terms of Service in reference to this Marketing program.

Once your list is submitted it will be processed to ensure it is safe to send to. Nvytes reserves the right to refuse to any or all email addresses.
