If you would like Nvytes to send the emails on your behalf to your qualified list select “I want NVYTES to send emails for me,” to upload a list. Your list will be processed to ensure it is safe to send to. Once your list has been processed Nvytes will reach out to give approval and schedule the date(s) of the email blast.

Email Sending Instructions

  • Under "Your Information" please ensure that your profile is accurate.
  • If the logo that you see is not correct, use the "Choose File" button to upload correct version.
  • Add customized content that will be included in your email in the "Company Info" section.
  • To download your HTML Template, click "Take me to the email templates" button and choose your download method on the next page. You can add the HTML file to your preferred sending service.
  • To have Nvytes send your emails, please click "I want Nvytes to send emails for me", review sending requirements and "Choose File" to upload your qualified list.
    • Your list is secure and will not be shared with any third party including show management. See Terms of Service below for details.
    • In compliance with email regulations, you must include the country the email address belongs to. Provide ONLY EMAIL ADDRESSES IN COLUMN "A" AND COUNTRY CODE IN COLUMN "B" OF DATA FILE (CSV or TXT). Please remove all other data fields from data file.
    • All email lists are subject to approval. Email addresses may be removed if we are unable to verify them as safe to send to.
    • Once your list has completed processing we will reach out with a proof of your email, the results of your list, and schedule the date(s) for your emails to be sent. Ensure your email address is listed under "Your Information" below.

Uploading Your Contact List

  • Nvytes is a third party and will not share your email list with anyone, including show management. Your list will only be used to send your approved emails.
  • Once uploaded, your email list will be processed and checked for compliance with GDPR and likely bounce rate.
  • After your list has completed processing, an Account Support Specialist will reach out to you to schedule deployment dates and with your proofs for approval.
  • Please ensure the email address we have listed in your profile above is the best to contact you for these next steps.

How to Prepare Your Contact List

  • Create a data sheet in CSV format with the email address in column A and the two letter country code in column B. Remove all other columns and information from the data sheet.

  • In accordance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM, Nvytes will not send any emails to the EU or Canada. Please remove all email addresses from the European Union and Canada, PLUS any email addresses that you do not have a county code for.
  • Your profile can only accommodate one email list at a time. If you have multiple contact lists, please combine them into one data sheet prior to upload.

Nvytes will not send emails to the EU or Canada.

Nvytes will not send emails to email addresses without a corresponding country code.

Your list must be uploaded in CSV format in order to be processed.
